/ʌnˈfɪnɪʃt/
adjective

1.

not finished or concluded; incomplete.
"her last novel is unfinished"

2.

(Cambridge English Dictionary)

Reflection on the notion of the unfinished and invisibility. Fighting the desire to fill in, allowing perception to become a zone. The intensification of focus becomes a necessity in order to grasp what is and what is not, making distance part of the inperfection of looking, rendering them unfinished and possibly sprouting the desire to complete them.

Notes 1-10, canvases lacker sprayed with digitally printed patterns and minimally intervened by hand. With this series of works we refer to empty pages of notebooks where an idea or a doodle is about to apear.

Spook, a hanging structure comprised of perforated laser cut clear Plexiglas squares takes an animistic character, a spook or a ghost, one that is undead, therefore unfinished.
